Hey Leader,
Starting work early (#morningperson), working weekends, too tired to do much else.
Every dinner turned into a work recap, and every weekend was more work and rotting on the couch.
Then one night, my husband, TJ, came home and said a friend joked, “I think you made Alli up. She’s never around. She must be a figment of your imagination.” This friend had been skiing with our friend group for weeks and had never met me, because I was never around.
That one hit hard.
I had the title, the team, the six-figure paycheck… but not much of a life. 😵
So I made a choice.
I stopped giving everything to work that gave nothing back & I started skiing again, taking midday dance classes, and actually living.
And the wild, counterintuitive part? I became a stronger leader. I took 5+ weeks of PTO while running seven-figure programs and growing revenue 49% YOY.
Ironically, when I stopped trying to hold everything together, things finally started to work.
You don’t have to lose yourself to lead well.
You need a new playbook.
Lead boldly, live fully, & don’t forget to breathe.

The Thrive Feature
Something big we’re building behind the scenes.
All the experts tell you that to achieve “work-life balance,” you need to set better boundaries, say no more often, time-block your day, delegate better, etc.
But that doesn’t actually work.
As women, we have been conditioned our whole lives to care deeply, fix things quickly, and hold it all together.
You don’t need another time-management hack.
You need a new way to lead.
Join me for a free masterclass where we’ll walk through exactly how senior women leaders get 10 hours a week back and their sanity by changing how they lead.

Dinner without your phone. A walk without Slack. One moment that reminds you there’s more to you than your job title.Pick one thing to stop owning.
A project, a meeting, a decision that someone else can handle. Delegation isn’t a demotion, it’s a strategy.
Your Power Reframe

The same habits that made you successful, like saying yes, taking on more, and keeping everyone happy, are the very things keeping you stuck now.
You can appreciate what got you here and still decide it’s not what’s getting you there.
That’s not quitting. That’s evolving.
